What you are buying

These are founding betas with manual setup and weekly email review, not finished automated apps. FocusCue costs USD 9.99/month and ClearBy USD 12.99/month. Both renew monthly until canceled. The founding price is protected for your first 12 months; no automatic increase is scheduled. Pace60 is USD 39 for one 12-week cycle, with no automatic renewal. Your checkout shows the amount payable before purchase.

Getting started and delivery

After payment, the confirmation page directs you to a setup page. Complete your details and send the summary to the support email using the email button or by copying it. We verify the payment, review your information and reply by email. Initial delivery is due within 24 hours for ClearBy and 48 hours for FocusCue and Pace60. Please provide the requested information promptly. If information is missing, we will contact you; if we cannot meet the delivery commitment, you may request a full refund.

Weekly review

Reply to the delivery email every seven days with your progress and changes. Ernesto reviews the information and sends an adjustment within 48 hours. FocusCue and ClearBy reviews continue during the paid subscription; Pace60 reviews cover the 12-week cycle.

Cancel or request a refund

Email support from the email used at checkout, including your product and receipt reference. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation and refund are separate requests; you can request both. Refund requests within 30 days of the payment are eligible for a full refund of that payment. We acknowledge requests within two business days. Bank processing time may vary after a refund is issued. Rights required by applicable law are unaffected.

Scope

FocusCue supports task planning; it does not diagnose or treat ADHD. ClearBy provides educational projections, not loans, credit repair, creditor negotiation or guaranteed savings. You make your own payments. Pace60 does not guarantee a race time or provide injury treatment. It is for adults already running regularly, with a recent 62–75-minute 10K. If your situation is outside the beta’s scope, contact support before buying. Use professional advice when your situation requires it.

Use only your own information and do not send bank credentials, account numbers, payment-card details, diagnoses or medical records. The setup pages explain what is needed. See the privacy notice for how information is handled.
